Mary did amazing! friendly & sweet.
Writing for someone else for anonymous reasons. Called in for 2 people and they said it was good. Then tried to add in a 3rd person and they said they can for sure do that as well. The third person came in 2 minutes later and did not get their service/package at all. Completely lied to us and gave the third person 0 updates while she was waiting. The quality of this nail salon depends on the tech. The last time I went my nails looked a mess & I didn’t notice until I got home. The chrome finish is messed up on 6/10 nails, the edges were bumpy and there’s paint all over my cuticles. I’m very frustrated because I asked for a specific tech when I called & then was sent to a different one when I got there.
