Ive come here multiple times and always got my nails done by the husband and wife that work there. Today i had other ladies do them... this is insane, i get it the lady tried hard but there comes a point that this is a business and something im paying for.. ask someone else to do it if you cant do what i asked for. This looks so bad and she cut me! Super sad with this work

Great customer service, but inconsistent pricing and over charged I came to lavish nail & spa and was really pleased with the customer service- the staff were kind welcoming, and attentive . The atmosphere was nice, and I appreciated how they treated me during my visit. However, I had my nails redone on the same set , and the pricing was confusing and frustrating. The cost was changed three times during the visit, and in the end, I was charged far more than expected. It felt very inconsistent and not clearly communicated fro... read more
