I had such a wonderful experience at Lavish Nails! My manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully—my nail artist paid close attention to detail, making sure the nail art matched exactly what I asked for, and she was so accommodating when I wanted to adjust the length and colors. The salon itself was spotless and felt brand new, and the whole staff was welcoming and friendly—we even shared a few laughs during my visit. Horrible experience. I was in last week to get a full set, not even 2 days later two of the nails slide off. So I went in to get them fixed and the gentleman that sits at the first station fixed my nails, not even a HOUR later ANOTHER NAIL CAME OFF! Now I have to go back TWICE IN A DAY TWO HOURS AFTER I WAS JUST THERE! And guess what?? It’s 2:53 pm on a Friday and they are closed! And I have to go out of town tomorrow. The service sucks and I’m pissed
