This is my SECOND time dealing with this salon and I won't ever again! I didn't even come here for a service but for a bundle deal. (24' 22' and 2 20' inches...he only had 1 of the 20' inch) Mario charged my card $368, he went to go get the product and found out that he didn't have it. He said his system was new, so he didn't know how to do a refund. I had to wait over 45 mins for him to call customer service to refund the money. I love my hair!!!!! Miss Fancy did an amazing job on my traditional sew-in and custom color. Not to mention, the staff really takes care of you to ensure you have the best experience. I will be returning for sure. �
