The facility features two couples rooms and ten individual massage treatment rooms, two aesthetic skin care rooms and an Infrared Body Wrap treatment room. We are located in the Kroger Crabapple Shopping Center across from the Silos. We have been open since November of 2011 serving the wellness needs of Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell and North Georgia.

Karen was amazing! She took time to listen to my problems and worked on them right away and even helped me with stretches! I will definitely be back!!
LOVE this location! I went in for neck pain & arm numbness. Karen Bleakman is FABULOUS. She took the time to listen to my problems and went straight to work on the affected area. Little touches like a heated table and the supportive neck pillow are amazing. I no longer have any issues and have continued to visit weekly! Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful as well.
Had my first experience at LA Visa this past week. The therapist, Barry was awesome. The girl at the front desk was perfect for her job and the atmosphere had really great energy. I'll be back for sure!
