Staff are very rude. The person never smile. I think staff has some mental issues, doesn’t know manner. I will never go again. There is another Laverty 47a oxford street. Just less than 2 minutes walk. Staff she is very nice and friendly. Very happy with services, if you want get better customer service.
Unfortunately can't rate zero stars. Went to get a blood test here early this morning and they weren't taking any more patients. Only put out enough numbers for 6 people. This is pathetic and shows no patient care. Too bad if you're a diabetic and had to fast for a blood test.
