Dear Laverty Pathology Team, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding a staff member at your collection centre. I was disappointed with my experience at this pathology. I politely asked for my blood to be taken from my left hand, but the staff member was forceful and took blood from my right hand instead. I felt that my preference was not respected. 👎 I understand that staff have procedures to follow, but I believe patients should be treated with respect and given the opportunity to communicate their preferences. I hope the staff can be more polite and professional in the future.
