I had a very nice experience here. A few patients took the number and were unavailable when called when they came back for their turn they were asked to wait with the new number. I think it's quite fair for those people who wait for their turn to be called...I think I will keep visiting this Pathology for their fairness and organised behaviour for every patient.
The receptionist upstairs specifically for specialists is awesome . Doesn't let the stress of the job take over and is always smiling, polite and helpful .. so many people are just rude and arrogant pigs nowadays so just wanted to show some acknowledgement for someone that deserves it .... Thankyou for being so helpful today much appreciated.
On Sundays the clinic is less packed Less waiting time
Worst place to go, very slow, always a logn long wait and If you missed your number you have to take another new number.
