Had a great experience with Jess, she was a great support and went the extra mile to make sure I was ok.
Arrived at Laverty East Maitland at 7.40 for their 8am Saturday opening. Around 7.55am someone took the opening hours sign from the window on the inside of the door and replaced it with another sign. Around 8.10 we carefully read the note which said they were closed today. There were already at least 12 people waiting by then. Very bad customer service - the person who changed the signs could have put her head out and said they weren’t opening today or put a better, well worded sign up.
Great service professional staff won’t go anywhere else
I felt cared about and listened to when getting my blood collected. I have difficult veins to find and so i have to direct them to the exact spot. The lady who took my blood listened to me and got my vein the first time perfectly. She was very caring, super professional and clearly very skilled. Even when they’re busy, the wait time is not too long because they know their stuff and get people though quickly and efficiently.
Laverty Pathology East Maitland staff and centre was amazing! Efficient, clean and gentle! Highly recommend
