Went there for fasting blood test on Sunday on 9.30am wait there for near 2 hrs they call us 11.15am after enter the lab they even don't know which test is cover by insurance and which is paidable and how much we have to pay and even after 2 hrs wait they tell us ohhh some of these test we can only do on Monday to Thursday after 8am.
I visited Laverty Pathology at 9:00 a.m. for a fasting blood test, but by 11:00 a.m., I still hadn’t been called. There seems to be no proper system for attending to patients in order. People who arrived after me were called first because the cards were not collected or arranged properly. This caused unnecessary delay and frustration, especially since I was fasting. The management should really improve their patient check-in and calling system to ensure fairness and better service.
