I called this Laverty pathology centre ( 11 Kempsey street Blacktown) to get my ‘ 24 hour ambulatory BP monitoring ‘ test and requested that I need appointments for this week. Because I have an appointment with a Specialist Dr next week. The staff listened to me very well. Despite there being no urgent appointment at that time, the staff "Kiran" called me the same day and booked me for a vacant appointment that was cancelled by someone else. I have very small veins, which makes it difficult to draw blood. I first visited a nearby Laverty Pathology, but the staff there could not locate a vein and asked me to return another day. Then I went to this location, and I am so glad I did. Kiran was absolutely lovely and incredibly patient with me. She took the time to try finding a vein, and when that did not work, she used a heat pack to help. It took a little extra time, but she completed the job professionally and with great care.
