The nurses are very professional and friendly. The premises were very clean and uncluttered. I’m going to continue to use this facility. Probably the best pathology centre I’ve been to. Thank you!
Very efficient and friendly staff
Blood tests are not my favourite thing due to past experiences. Yesterday in Batemans Bay I had a very personable Supervisor speak with me as her trainee very professionally went about the business of taking my blood. I appreciated the fact I wasn't left to hyper focus on what was happening with my vein. Thank you, training isn't just about procedure.
Yet another customer who waited half an hour and they never opened. Website said they were open. After hours number achieved nothing. In hours number just directs to the website. All in all a complete fail
