Blood tests are not my favourite thing due to past experiences. Yesterday in Batemans Bay I had a very personable Supervisor speak with me as her trainee very professionally went about the business of taking my blood. I appreciated the fact I wasn't left to hyper focus on what was happening with my vein. Thank you, training isn't just about procedure.
Yet another customer who waited half an hour and they never opened. Website said they were open. After hours number achieved nothing. In hours number just directs to the website. All in all a complete fail
