ended up paying almost twice as much to get my second, smaller unit fixed (same part replaced as well) then I did my larger unit. I felt that I was overcharged for the part ( $275 for a part I can get online for $30-$45 with the same 1 year warranty ), charged $90 just to tell me what was wrong and $50 for a cleaning ( all they did was use my hose to spray off the unit for aboutr 5 minutes). Probably won't call them again.

Honestly I don't know where to begin when it comes to Laverne & Son. Our AC unit when out during the years worst heat wave. We were without AC for two weeks and the final company, who was scheduled to come replace the unit cancelled last minute saying it was too hard. I decided to call Laverne & Son and they sent someone out that day to take measurements and ordered the parts immediately. Not only did they save us time, but they also saved us money. Awesome awesome company! Had an AirConditioning unit installed by them and was totally happy with everything. The owner, Rex, was awesome, his workers were polite and let me know what they were doing, and the office staff bent over backwards to help me when I called with a question.
