Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. The grounds were relaxing and the cafe is fabulous.
It was a nice little road trip. Sun and shade gardens, lemers, variety of animals, nice little cafe w/ good food, plants to buy, oils, soaps, lavender everything. Employees were very nice and helpful.
I always looked forward to my Lavender Festival but after this year I will sadly have to move on. It has outgrown itself and not worth the drive up from Dallas. A lot of my favorite vendors no there, just very disappointed
We drove a little over an hour to get there. It is a nice little farm. Lavender field is not as large as we expected to see but enough to enjoy. The farm also has garden with variety of herbs and flowers for us to walk around. We had lunch at the cafe in the outside garden with very nice cool breeze. The most peaceful and relaxing environment to enjoy a perfectly delicious meal surrounded by nature and all its beauty.
We loved the butterfly garden and just sitting in the cool breeze watching them flutter all around. They had their Lavender festival a couple of weeks ago so the Lavender wasn't real full and colorful. Still plenty to harvest if you wanted clippings. I really wanted fields of purple to take pictures of and it wasn't anything like that. The owner was so pleasant and friendly.
