I have been twice. Once was a wonderful experience. The second time was not. They were very disorganized although we had booked AND prepaid a month in advance. We were waiting at the door for several minutes for them to open the shop, they lost our appointments, we were left waiting about an hour as they tried to figure out how to provide our services, one of which had to be rescheduled to a different day. Of the appointments they did complete, we were offered an extra 10 minutes, but I am not sure that made up for the lost ... read more

This is one of the best spas I’ve been to. I love the lavender champagne, the organic products but the staff is what makes it worth driving over an hour to!
