Mary was awesome. Definitely worked on my problematic areas back/ neck Swedish massage.

I have been going to Lavender Hill pretty much since it opened; it’s always a great experience with professional therapists. I really enjoy the neck wrap and lavender champagne before the service - such a nice touch. Matthew Jackson is a fairly new therapist and a great addition to the staff. He worked extra hard on my neck and shoulders knots, which was desperately needed. I look forward to my next appointment!
A refund was processed to my card without my authorization or any prior communication. I contacted the business multiple times to request an explanation and allowed more than two weeks for a response, including additional time in case management was unavailable. I have received no response. My concern is not only the handling of the transaction itself, but the complete lack of communication and accountability afterward.
