The artificially bubbly receptionist promptly informed me I did not have an appointment nor was I in their system. Bubbly did not offer explanation or bother to investigate what may have gone wrong--- as if I did not belong there. Upon decline of the offer to be "set up" for a future appointment (like I would want to waste even more of my time returning), I was bid good day in sarcastic veiled aggression.
Terrible Terrible terrible … made an appt online and show up after taking 1/2 day off. Was told I was not on schedule and they blamed their call service for not taking down the online appt option. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Stay away from this place
Over a 45 minute wait for an appointment scheduled a year in advance is unacceptable. Dr Lavenburg was a great dr, but he is no longer there, and there has been a decline in service.
Has happened multiple times, had an appointment at a certain time and it takes 45 minutes to be seen and another 30 for the doctor to come in. They move incredibly slowly and don’t seem to care.
Terrible and unresponsible place..the receptionists don't know what they are doing
