I get contact and eyeglass prescriptions from them and they're always very professional and attentive. Dr Bristow and Dr Weinberg-Cohen both do a great job. The tech I had, Taylor most recently, was very skilled and thorough.
My forever eye doctor office! Amazing staff who are very friendly. Dr. Jupiter is the best in DE. The phone system is a little tricky, but that’s my only complaint.
Horrible service from the front desk. They will literally hang up on you. I called multiple times to schedule an appointment and when a phone was actually picked up I was put on hold indefinitely. Had to call again and repeat the process. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.
Worst experience. I called for an appointment and they told me it was at 11 AM. I come in and they tell me they scheduled it for 3:15. I drove an hour and took off work to come here and they took no responsibility for a mistake they made. Someone in their office told me the wrong time or put it in the schedule wrong.
