The vibe when you walk in is eclectic, funky and cool! I was offered a beverage when I walked in and then was shown to the stylist's station. My stylist was Micaela, this was my first time with her and my first vist to Lava. Micaela talked with me about what look I was going for then we headed to the shampoo bowl (my favorite part). She was very attentive and intuitive in her cutting. She is outgoing, friendly and good at what she does. I recommend her if you are looking for a stylist. Thank you, Micaela! I love my hair!
