They are so attentive. I can see the look in their eyes that they are truly worried and want to care for my fur baby. My dog has leash reactive disorder so she goes crazy when she sees another dog on a leash. Off a leash she’s ok. But anyway by calling ahead and essentially making an appointment I was able to get her in and without her freaking out about other dogs. The team is sweet and sincere. **had to go take my dog to a second vet to get properly cared for** I brought my dog in to be seen for her broken nail and the whole appointment was very impersonal. I didn’t get to go back into a room with my dog, the tech who came to get her didn’t ask me any questions and just told me they’d remove the nail. She brought my dog back out and said the Dr ended up gluing the nail and didn’t give me any instructions on how to care for her or what to watch for. I took my dog to Lava Rock for an emergency even though we aren’t patients there. Very fast and friendly service! The vet made sure to tell us the options and costs upfront. I am very grateful for the service we received!
I had an emergency situation with my dog maxx and his original vet couldn't get him in, so someone referred us to lava rock. And I cant say enough good things about this place. My boy was so scared walking into this place was shaking so bad and to see them get on the floor with my baby and calm him down says so much about this place. Thank u all so much from the bottom of my heart. Hopefully maxx is on his way to feeling better
