Communication has been good. Statements are easy to read and timely. Pricing is very fair, Staff is always friendly.
This is the second time I've had BPM handle my house as a rental. They have always vetted applicants to assure good renters. My neighbors have never had issues with them as well.
Rental never stays empty. We never have to deal with tenant or property issues. Issues brought to our attention are always handled quickly. Maintenance and management cost are affordable. Great insight into status of rental market.
We live in a different state. We receive our rent like clockwork. When renters move out, you get it rented again right away. When we had to do major repairs, they found all the workers and had the work done in record time and re-rented right away. We trust them because they have earned our trust with their consistent good work on our behalf. Thank you!
