BPM has been great to work with. Great communication. If something comes up, they are right on top of it. Always someone to get a hold of. Would highly recommend!!
You are on time with payments and paperwork. On the surface you appear to keep good records. And I assume the tenants are happy.
BPM found a good leasee in a timely manner for my rental property. Attention to property issues seems to be in a timely manner.
Renters are well screened, things are fixed or replaced as needed, monthly deposit is usually in on the 10th of the month. Can't complain about anything. Thanks!!!
