We visited Maui in December and had the pleasure of visiting Lava Java. The coffee is amazing! My husband filled up a coffee punch card on our trip. We picked some up before we came home and I am now enjoying it this morning in Oregon 😊.
This place was SO fantastic. My mom and I stopped by after breakfast and Patrick gave us delicious samples the moment we walked in the door. He helped us pick out the perfect coffee beans to bring home. Then, when I asked what drip coffee I should try he not only suggested peaberry without a doubt but then showed us photos of peaberry trees in his yard! We recently visited Lava Java during our stay in Kihei. We absolutely loved the coffee and the service was spectacular! Super friendly barista who gave us a cinnamon roll on the house when we told her of our new business Fat Rolls (we specialize in cinnamon rolls here in Washington state). By the way, the cinnamon roll was wonderful! Super soft and perfectly sweet. Thank you for the experience and we will definitely be back!
