Scam. This company lies, steals, and cheats instead of standing by their products. Reported them to the *** for knowingly selling broken products and then ghosting customers who seek recourse.

This company and it's owner George ***** is a first class con-man. He over charges, does not live up to his commitments, sells inferior product and will not back them up. I am a company that has dealt with this man and his company for in excess of 9 years; I have purchased in excess of $342,000 in product. Most recently I purchased 50 flamestyle heaters and picked them on at his facility in Los Angeles. I purchased a unit last year and it worked fine until it was blown over and the "shatterproof" glass shattered. All I've attempted to do is to find a replacement glass tube for the 6ft capri unit. I've emailed them, called the number (no one answers) and received no response. I literally sent 8-10 emails. They're support page on the website is awful.

Ordered a replacement tube for my heater. They readily charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation, however it has been 2 months and no replacement. I called multiple times, sent many emails and still no answer, so I had to notify my credit card company. Do not do business with them. Poor customer service. Who even knows if the place is open or even legit!!!

Heater was lost in freght outside of guaranteed delivery date. Company made no effort to replace it. Had to resolve through my credit card company. Terrible customer service.
