I called and a very nice lady answered the phone, and listen to my needs and set up an appointment for the same day. The office called to tell me the service pro was on his way. Austin arrived right on time. He was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He did a very good job of servicing my heater. I will recommend Laury Heating to all my friends.
