Last night I had an issue with the condenser on my heater and called the company for service. I received a call back from Dana who listened and was very understanding to my dilemma. He was in route to another service call but said he would be in touch to check on the situation. As promised he did call and hearing my concerns he said he would come and take a look at the problem. They replaced our thermostat ,it was fluctuating 4 to 5 degrees , the new one stays with in one now. Now our home is no long getting so cold
