Dr spends most of the time with his back turned to you, talking to assistant. He asks assistant about previous visits and why you're there- not you. Always asks who your pcp is and what insurance you have (?) Usually in and out in a couple of minutes unless you ask questions about whats going on. My last visit i asked about some peeling skin on my hands and he said its probably eczema and left. No bedside manner or patient engagement. Not even willing to take the time to discuss results, cauterize wound from procedure or discuss follow up. I have never felt so devalued by a medical professional. Wish I had seen other patient experiences before I put my care in his hands.
Never on time.
She used to be a good doctor, but has now become greedy all about the money, and how much she can make each visit. When a doctor puts profits ahead of the patient time to find a new doctor.
He kept asking who (pcp name) referred me to him. Why did my PCP refer me to him. Who is my insurance provider. Weird, eh? I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out the paper work that has all this info. He said my dark spots on my back are eczema are normal. I told him to freeze them off (they are really itchy and it's hard to reach these itchy spots) He then said you will get more of these as you get older. Oh! Really? rude. Good doctor Answer service is inferior waiting to make appointment for over 40 minutes
I went in for a full body checkup, but he refused to look at my back or anywhere else but my face. He never used my name. Did not ask whether I had any questions, and unceremoniously left the room after about 2 minutes.
It took them 8 weeks to diagnose Basil cell carcinoma and get me in for Mohr’s surgery on my face. I ended up with a hole on my right cheek the size of a dime. Then she let a PA stitch it up. Terrible job on closing the wound, Terrible instructions for post surgical care. They were going to have the medical assistant take the stitches out instead of the PA who I had made an appointment to see. Dr. Eragi was very quick to get me in and out, not explain to me what condition I'm dealing with. I went to see her 4 different times with my condition not improving, in fact it got worse. Prescribed the same treatment every single time. I tried to call and get an explanation. Said she doesn't do anything over the phone and I would have to come in again ($75 copay). It's like she didn't care that I'm suffering. Had no interest in educating me on what is going on. Also their office staff, in general, is terrible.
