The check-in process, including the required copay prepayment via the ePad, was extremely efficient and seamless.However, getting a receipt for HSA reimbursement was surprisingly difficult. Dr Blanchard has performed three MOHS surgeries on me in the past 15 years. He is the best in his field. Dr Blanchard is quick, professional, and meticulous. He is everything you want in a doctor and surgeon. As for the reviews complaining about his 'bedside manner' if you want to be cuddled go to you mommy. If you want a fantastic surgeon who spots and removes skin cancer quickly and in my case little to no scaring, see Dr. Lucius Blanchard. Last visit clean bill of health.
This man does not care about patients. I wish I had read the reviews before seeing him, but I accepted the referral from my PCP. Trust the reviews and go anywhere else!!!
I have been a patient for over 20 years! Before anyone leaves a review, read and educate yourself on his qualifications. MOHS surgeon! He is a quiet Dr but he cures! If you want to socialize, look elsewhere. I go to be safe!

DR. BLANCHARD SPENT LESS THAN 5 MINUTES WITH ME AND TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO COME BACK TO HAVE THE SKIN PULLED OFF MY SCALP. HIS PRESCRIPTION DID NOT WORK, IT RATHER MADE THE CONDITION WORSE. I BELIEVE TIME STOOD STILL IN HIS PRACTICE AND BACK TO THE MIDDLE AGES INSTEAD OF 2024. ABSOLUTELY SCARY…….
She came into the room told me what she was going to do about one of the two reasons I was there, then started to head out the door. She barely let me say two words. I asked about the other issue on her way out and she said we could discuss it at the next visit and was gone.
Dr is very arrogant and rude. No compassion. Has o knowledge of understanding the relationship between skin , joints tendonsand nerves.I'm in severe pain. I've been dealing with my condition for life. He wanted me to wait three months to Just see if i could get approved for the medication I need.Does not know how yo quickly get patients the medication they need and doesn't care
My experience at West Dermatology in Riverside was absolutely terrible, particularly due to the vile and ill-mannered nurse, Terry S. I came here hoping to get help with my acne problems but Terry was incredibly rude, condescending, dismissive, and unhelpful. She barely glanced at my skin before she proceeded to shove her one-size-fits-all skincare 'regimen' down my throat.
