Dr. Hilyer is a great doctor, but her office staff is horrible. Three out of my last five appointments were cancelled from their system without notification. During check in, the staff would act as if I NEVER had an appointment scheduled. Dr. Hilyer has been my daughter's doctor since the day she was born and I was attached to keeping her. After taking time off work to drive my daughter out to SLC to only get a half-hearted apology from her apathetic staff three times, I'm finding a new Dr.
