She spends time getting to know your background history prior to starting your massage and does a follow up after your massage with recommendations of the proper stretching to do to help relieve tight muscles and to help prevent further injury. I've been a client of Laurie's for a couple years and she is excellent! Not only does she give a great massage but she also teaches you stretches to use. I have recommend her to many different people!
Becoming a client of Laurie's was one of the best decisions I ever made. She is an excellent massage therapist and her knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques is quite impressive. In addition to loosening tight muscles and providing a very relaxing massage, Laurie offers advice and instruction on stretches that strengthen muscles and relieve pain. And it works for me, every time! She is the BEST!!
