I was sent to Dr. Harsh following an ER visit. She was very 'into herself' and acted very 'put off'. She claimed that the ER doc didn't know what they were doing and the Radiologist was wrong also. She further sent me to a different specialist who then commented that "Dr. Harsh" was very wrong. I had been a patient of hers for years although a few of her diagnosis had been wrong, I remained loyal. When I questioned her judgement she dropped me as a patient. Please beware.
The most straightforward provider I have ever had personal experience with! She will work with the patient to get answers to questions and research, recommend the best standard of care available to date.
Dr Harsh was a bit aloof and does not insure her staff is accountable to her patients. Although my first colonoscopy procedure was not as bad as expected, I'm very disappointed when I did not receive a follow-up call as expected. I was told I would need to return in 3 years, but received no reminder. When I called the office to reschedule, they took my name and number and indicated they would call back to schedule. Two weeks later, no return call. Very unprofessional with my health at risk!
