One star is a far more generous rating than I would give Mr. Laurence Boggeln. I prefer NOT to use the term "Doctor" since that title carries with it the responsibility to "do no harm." My hostility was inspired by Boggeln ruining one of the last good days of my mother's life. She was to be released from the rehab facility she was in as soon as her physician (Boggeln) examined her and signed off on her release.
