We’ve worked with Lauren three times now beginning in 2010. Twice were land purchases and one sale. Our house had offers the first day listed and we we closed on it in 22 days, remarkable! She is knowledgeable, prompt, she has your best interest as her main goal, and makes any process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Lauren and her team. This is the 3rd time that I used Lauren. Lauren is meticulous and knows exactly what to do to sell a house. She is not an agent who just sticks a sign in the yard and hopes for the best.
