Worst doctor experience I have ever had. I was passed over to her when my previous oncologist moved. Lauren Prescott does not listen to her patients or follow care plans. My care was so bad that I opened up a patient advocate case with Vanderbilt and they refunded me all my money. She has awful bedside manner, is unprofessional, and does not take accountability for her shortcomings. I would suggest others to avoid her care at all costs.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lauren Prescott is an awesome doctor. She explains everything thoroughly and is kind and supportive.
