I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. While I am not personally a patient, a person in my family sees this doctor. We recently received a phone call from someone at this doctor's office attempting to confirm an appointment. Unfortunately, I was late for something and already on my way out, so I could not take down a message.
