This was my first appointment. It was a wonderful experience. Lauren is, by far, the best hair stylist I have ever had. She identified my needs and addressed my concerns and was able to achieve a result that exceeded my expectations. In addition to her professional skills, she is personally lalso a lovely and considerate person. The other staff also provided a friendly, welcoming and comfortable environment. Thank you for everything.
