Very sweet young lady. However, I am NOT happy with the home she sold us (a home her husband built). Lauren was our direct agent who we dealt with throughout the entire building phase. She is aware of the problems we have faced. Still awaiting for resolution for pending issues. I have asked Lauren in the past for assistance in helping me get resolution/remedy for the home she sold us (while copying her on previous emails, etc).......but no luck thus far.

Lauren Bell and her team went above and beyond for us. She was a referral from a realtor out-of-state and she exceeded every expectation. Our transaction was on a new construction that needed some extra advocacy and her knowledge of both real estate and new construction helped us come out ahead. We definitely will use her again for our next Central Virginia real estate transaction.

Lauren Bell is def one of the best Realtors in the Lynchburg/Forest area. Buying or selling it really doesn't matter. She can do it all! I had the privilege of working with her summer 2016 on a new construction in Forest. She was always available, met me many times at the build site, and made the process enjoyable for my wife and I. I got to see 1st hand why she is voted one of the areas best, and I would recommend her to anyone serious about a home.
