Management here is good. It’s the owners who won’t allow management to take the right steps to protect the residence from problems with homelessness in the area. There is a house that deals drugs behind the alley, and there is constant drug activity as well as dumpster diving, fights, and multiple incidents of people overdosing. Couldn’t be happier! The property is very well kept and the manager JoLynn is fantastic! She’s very professional and extremely kind, she’s quick at resolving issues and does a great job with communicating to tenants. In my opinion, She deserves more credit and a raise, thank you JoLynn for caring for your tenants and making this such an enjoyable place to live.
Great management and maintenance. Quick to respond to any issues. Friendly staff, clean grounds, up to date apartments.
Have been living here going on 25 years-great people-well kept grounds-wouldn’t want to live anywhere else
