STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! My lease ended August 29th of this year, and I have been fighting to get my security deposit back ever since move out date. I started calling after a week from move out to see if they had done the walk through yet of the apartment to where the next step would be my deposit given back to me. too many problems with this property. They don't communicate, never fix anything in a decent time and the pool didn't open til almost July!
BAD BAD BAD – To keep it short. Fridge has been leaking for 4 months they have yet to fix it . I dont even have an ICE maker even after 2 written requests from me. They charge $30 a month for trash pick up and Water. Horrible pest infestation for the first 2 months. I didn't recieve a mailbox key for a month prior to moving in. Often they dont pay the trash bill and it doesn't get picked up for over a week. The Hot Tub is always cold and the pool is filthy.
