One of the missions for my week in Portland was to seek out the best restaurants in the city. When I stepped into Laurelhurst Market, I had a feeling good things were to come. I ordered the foie gras, mizuna greens salad, and a smoked and grilled pork chop. The foie gras with blackberry jam and hazelnut butter was to die for. Wish the service was as great as the food! We felt like our server didn't really give a damn honestly. He seemed irritated and never really asked us what we wanted, but more just assumed and would rush by our table. Never been disappointed with the food, it is mouth watering!
