My brisket was AMAZING We arrived on a Friday night at 7pm and were seated within minutes. The restaurant is lively and the menu is predominantley pork - their speciality. There is also a butcher shop. After receving our drinks, our server came over with a bowl of mussels with pomme frites on top and said "the kitchen wanted to send this to you". We asked why and she said she had no idea. My boyfriend has the brisket (reccomended by the host) and in his words "This is the best brisket I have ever had". The texture was amazin... read more

Great Place for Poultry I used this place on a fairly regular basis for their butcher shop. I usually get pheasants, ducks, and game hens here. It is a good source for different kinds of poultry. It is not fresh, it is frozen, but you can get it on short notice and I have found the quality far above what I have gotten from Whole Foods and New Seasons and the price is similar. The customer service is not great, but descent for a butcher shop. I ate in the restaurant over a year ago and had the Wygu steak. I am sort of a beef ... read more

Best steak ever Seriously the best steak I have ever eaten. The flavor was sinfully good, the texture was like warm butter, and the presentation was really nice. I had the “steak frites” and it was a good price for the quality of the dinner. Don’t miss the brussels sprout. I could have savored them all night! Wish the bread had been included in the price, but you can’t win them all.

For what these guys charge, better to go buy some good meat at Costco and cook it at home. Their service is mediocre and why they're considered some kind of 'premium deli' is a mystery to me.

This was my first visit since the COVID kerfuffle began, and since this was the last evening before another COVID freeze, my bff and I couldn’t resist revisiting this carnivore haven. They took out temps before we were seated, and we were asked to put on our masks whenever the wait staff approached. The service, the cocktails, the wine, and all of the food were excellent. And we felt safe.
