Went in for a cleaning today, and it went well, as usual. Their hygienists are top-notch and enjoy their work; the administrative staff are always on top of it. I've been going there for over ten years, and have only had positive outcomes.
Everyone I came in contact with at Laurelhurst Dentistry was very kind, helpful and professional. The receptionist was friendly and immediately handed me the new patient paper work. I was taken back to the treatment room right on time, and the dental assistant was absolutely wonderful. She took x-rays in the most comfortable way possible! This dentistry is excellent, above expectations, all the staff members are considerate, respectful, kind, professional, and exceed in their skills. My son for example broke his front tooth. I called that day, he was schedule the following day and fixed the tooth that same day, with prompt follow up, and the tooth was perfectly fixed. They are exceptional.
First class treatment at Laurelhurst Dentistry. Staff was kind, and courteous, and professional. Dr. Marra was a skilled dentist, with a superb chairside demeanor. Lisa, the hygienist was thorough, gentle, and exceptionally well-versed in all aspects of dental hygiene. All equipment is new. Office was very clean, and well organized. I really appreciate the gentle, kind, and respectful treatment here. I felt listened to with thoughtful responsiveness to my questions and needs. They made a simple but much needed modification to my x-ray mouth pieces, which made it so much more bearable due to the size and sharpness of those things.
