Management is absolutely terrible! Maintenance takes forever to resolve issues. Our A/C has been broken for over a month now, have brought up this issue and others multiple times to management but nothing is being done. This new manager has the audacity to charge multiple units for supposedly "late fees" or threaten to evict several within 3 days!! Even when our bank statements show we paid on time! What a scam!! Definitely planning to take legal action about this.
