Designer was nice but not a expert. The things she ordered were out of stock and when she gave me alternatives I hated them. Some of things did not look like the picture or the color I was looking for . Ended up not purchasing the rest of the things. Believe me you can do it on your own or with pinterest. If you have a huge budget maybe itll be a better experience for you but not if you have a budget!
Very generic design, honestly I don't feel I got anything for my money. Very frustrating, they paid no attention to the measurements I gave. I wont be implementing any of their ideas.
Great concept, poor execution. I'm only giving any stars at all because my designer did a pretty good job. She took my feedback and incorporated the changes into the design. The timeliness of her responses left a bit to be desired. I'm glad I've ordered things gradually, as the measurements that work on paper don't necessarily work in the room. They used to be so great! What happened, L&W? This is my third time in several years. Past two were 5 star experiences. This one was horrible. I expected the slow responses. Typical is one response a day. I get that. But they did it in phases, which was very hard to picture. As future phases will affect the choices in earlier phases. But worst is the customer service. Horrible waste of money. Tacky designs. Decorative items ended being cheap and overpriced; suggested furniture did not fit dimensions of the room. The entire process was time consuming and expensive. I would have saved time, money, and frustration by just designing the room myself.
