Doesn’t care about patient refuses to listen to concerns run!
I’ve been dealing with a long list of medical issues and er visits in the last year and Dr. Chason was by far the kindest physician I’ve seen and within 10 minutes gave me real actual answers instead of the run around I’ve gotten from so many others.
The receptionist was so rude to my boyfriend. His insurance company had to call, in regards to his referral to be seen there because she was so rude and not listening to what the patient had to say. Very disappointed in their customer service towards a patient who is in pain and was just telling this woman what his insurance had told him.
