Everyone was personable, pleasant, and efficient.
So nice to feel a warm welcome... and to have the Nitrous (?) avail-able for things more "serious" than a cleaning. Everyone is friendly and cheerful. Of course, most of us go 'way back.... Sure liked this most recent version of Novacain. Did you see my e-mail canceling 2 appts. (12/30, 1/?) due to surgery?
Had a good experience at the dentist today. Nothing new, just professional.
The staff is always wonderful, and Dr. Oppenheim is gentle and genuinely caring. I'm done shopping around for a great dentist!

The office made an emergency appt. for me with Tooth pain and Right-sided chest discomfort. After checking my tooth, Dr. a'Becket had his staff contact my primary care doctor who ordered me to go to the ER IMMEDIATELY to get checked. Dr. a'Becket sent two of his staff with me to make sure I got there safely. This is what I call going above and beyond!! I am the biggest chicken when it comes to going to the dentist, but Dr. Oppenheim and his staff put my fears to rest!!! Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Called Wednesday morning with a tooth ache over night and was since before noon. Staff is always friendly and very helpful.
