Excellent customer service at the front desk. I was promptly greeted and within 2 minutes I was in Dr. A'becket 's chair. I have consistently experienced this friend,y prompt service here.

Everytime I go Laurel Pines Dental Group it is a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and polite, I don't dread going to the dentist at all like I use too. You are in and out in a timely fashion. No long waits. What more can you ask for. Dr. A'Beckett is great. The best dental hygentists I ever had. I love the way they clean my teeth.
I have been going there since forever, and will continue to do so.. :-)
Customer service is outstanding.
Scheduling apps is easy. Laurel Pines is flexible and accomodating. Appointment times are kept. Rarely is there a wait time and I am seen promptly. This is important because I often schedule appointments during lunch break. Dr. A'Beckett is very personable, skilled and knowledgeable. He explains things clearly, providing options for care and treatment as much as possible. It may just be me but I have rarely experienced any excessive pain or discomfort under Dr A'Beckett's care.
