My mother is been seen by Dr. Valerie Choy at Laurel internal medicine for years..Dr Choy is good, but mom speaks Spanish so I rather have a spanish speaking instead of having me or an interpreter translate. Last Visit she order her assistant to send a prescription for a walker for mom since hers broke. This was on March 18th . If I could give zero stars, I would. I've had many issues with this clinic. They have one doctor who is nice and made my daughter very comfortable, Doctor Garcia. She isn't my daughters primary, but that was the once in a lifetime pleasant experience at this location. Unfortunately, the office workers are insensitive and extremely rude. They are bad with scheduling, and communication is aggressively horrible. Especially when speaking with "Liliana", if that's really her name.
