Even though we had to wait because I came in 8 minutes late the staff was so nice to us and dr choy is the best she has been our dr for 5 years was worth the wait because she is the best decor we ever had. Sedeline was very nice to us as well she called our name and walked us to the rrom very gentle and friendly masses us feel safe
Just got off the phone with stephanie who was very unprofessional gave me no detail as to a few questions i had regarding a referral sounded like she didnt even want to speak with me was litteraly talking to myself, sad to know they have people like her working when patients are ill.
My mother is been seen by Dr. Valerie Choy at Laurel internal medicine for years..Dr Choy is good, but mom speaks Spanish so I rather have a spanish speaking instead of having me or an interpreter translate. Last Visit she order her assistant to send a prescription for a walker for mom since hers broke. This was on March 18th . I called the pharmacy like 4 times and 4- 5 times Laurel internal medicine and they tell me they're going to forward message to Dr. Choy. The pharmacy never received the order .
