We have been living at Laurel Grove close to a year and it has been smooth without any issues. In addition, the management team has been super helpful especially Alejandra Chavez. We requested documents to help us for our immigration process and she gladly assisted us. We truly appreciate her excellent service and made a stressful process much easier.
I have lived at Laurel Grove for over 7 years and it has been a wonderful place to call home! The community is gated, clean, and offers several amenities. I would like to commend Jorge from the maintenance staff. He goes above and beyond at every work order he receives. If he sees you around the community, he always makes sure to smile at you and greet you! He has helped me tremendously throughout my years here and he truly is the gem of this community. First off, these apartments are pet friendly and Military friendly! The Leasing consultant has been amazing from start to finish. From applying to moving out she made our process a breeze, very grateful for her kindness and communication. While living here the staff and maintenance have all been courteous and friendly anytime I encountered them. I was renting a 1bdrm and it was really spacious and clean. I recently completed my lease at this property and have mixed feelings about the experience. While the staff and maintenance team were friendly and helpful, there were notable challenges that made my stay less than ideal. Communication was a persistent issue. It was often difficult to reach the office by phone or in person, and the office hours posted were not always accurate. I had scheduled a tour for today through the website, we followed the instructions, no one answered at the gate. Someone finally let us in, but now the leasing office says “open” and there’s no one there and the door is locked. Great first impression.
