Not satisified at all with this company, since september I had nothing but problems with my new awning, that they installed. They came out to my property several times to try to reinstall this canvas awning. They made the awning to short to begin with, let alone a ledge in the front where show & water sits on the canvas. They have not to this day corrected the problem. I have been getting the run around from this company since day one.
We had a sidewall with windows and roll up privacy curtains made for our deck. We wanted it just like North Park Lounge. It's BETTER! We love it! They were very professional. I would use them again. Amy
On the off season last year Nelson Bros sent me a letter saying it was going to cost almost $500 to have my Awning repaired and cleaned. I wrote back that I did not have that money to invest in something that was not a necessity. At my request they hung it anyway. They hung it designed to fail and large bellies formed during rain. They would not come out and fix their very loose ties so I did it my self and sent a dispute with pictures to the State Attorney General Consumer Complain Dept.
