RecommendedTony Scanlon - Service Advisor I don't know the resolution to my problem but, Tony has been as good as possible. With the extreme cold we've had recently I had battery failure yesterday on my 5 year old BMW. Service was supposed to have corrected the issue with a change in battery and all seemed fine until this morning. Car's dead and not charging. I'm waiting for a tow back to Laurel where they'll hopefully diagnose correctly and remedy the situation.
