Given the cost of repairs today, it is critical there is clear communication between the service rep and customer. Laurel’s people are pretty well trained in that respect.
All around EXCELLENT experience purchasing my CPO BMW X5 from this dealership! Over-the-top communication, transparency, and "can-do" attitude from the sales department (Hassan & Chris) to final paperwork with Devon. Initially I was hesitant to do business with a dealership 700 miles from my home, but Laurel BMW proved to be a company of integrity and customer service.
