Extremely disappointing experience with Laurel Beauty & Spa. We arrived at our confirmed appointment time only to find it completely closed with nobody there. After calling, we were told someone would arrive in 5 minutes, but after waiting 15 minutes with no update, we cancelled. We later received excuses including traffic delays and staff arriving late because it was the day after a public holiday — honestly a ridiculous excuse for a business accepting confirmed reservations. As a mothers day gift I booked my wife in for a 2 hour package. I added a note on the booking mentioning my wife requires someone strong, who asked her where she would like focus, who is attentive as well as someone who does not use their phone. I even re-mentioned this on the phone when I did the payment so I had made my request quite clear. My wife returned stating that it was probably her worst ever massage. Like ever.
