I recently visited Laurel Spa in Docklands and availed their 60-minute massage and 30-minute body scrub. Unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The massage itself felt very basic — it seemed like the oil was just spread across my body with repetitive pushing motions, lacking the variety of techniques you would typically expect from a professional spa. Just had a terrible experience here! AVOID! Would never go back. A friend bought me a voucher for my 60th birthday. I redeemed it with Scoopon and it was scanned on arrival. I was on the table for 10-15 minutes waiting while the massage therapist was on the phone. The massage therapist said her manager needed an order number. I didn't know what that meant and then she said I could pay and give the order number later. It was all sound a bit suspect. Fantastic! My mum and I booked in here today. I had a 45min remedial massage and the 3 step hydra facial with Hailey! Honestly one of the best facials I have had - my skin looked incredible. poor customer service by the manager, i purchased groupon voucher and they redeemed it illegally . when I come to the spa for treatment they refuse to do and said that my voucher has been redeemed by Groupon eventhough they prob the only one who can claim it. try to speak to the manager but she is getting very defensive. i strongly recommend not to come here at allz
